Founding Product Manager for the Alexa Smart Home team, growing into a manager-of-managers leading product, BI, and engineering teams for a large organization within Alexa focused on core experiences and technologies. Major launches include WiFi Simple Setup (devices automatically connect to your WiFi network), Hunches (Alexa's ability to recognize you forgot to lock the door before going to bed), developer APIs primitives to scale the number of devices Alexa can control, allowing customers to speak to their Echo to control their FireTV, building APIs for solution integrators to deploy and manage Echos in hotels and apartment buildings, and notable improvements in core KPIs such as latency and accuracy of Alexa's responses.
